This Privacy Policy explains how Limitless Gaming ("Limitless", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our website and the free, browser-based tools we provide for the Sword × Staff community, including the Guild Tracker, Level Calculator, Season 1 Calculator, and Event Timeline (together, the "Tools").

Limitless is a small, player-run community project. We built these Tools to help our guild, and we have deliberately kept data collection to a minimum.

The short version

• You don't need an account, and we don't ask you to sign up to use the Tools.
• The Tools run in your browser. The numbers you enter (levels, names, scores) are used to show you results and are stored on your own device, not in a profile tied to you.
• We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising or cross-site tracking.
• You can clear everything the Tools have saved by clearing your browser's storage for this site.

Information we collect

Information you enter into the Tools

When you use a Tool, you may type in details such as character levels, in-game names, target levels, season scores, or the date you started playing. This information is processed in your browser to calculate and display results. Where a Tool remembers your inputs between visits, it does so using your browser's local storage (or similar storage) on your own device. We do not require you to provide your real name, email address, or any other personal identity to use the Tools.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the pages you request, and the date and time of access. This information is used to operate the site, keep it secure, diagnose problems, and understand general usage. We do not use it to build a personal profile of you.

Cookies and local storage

We aim to use only what is necessary for the site to function. We may use your browser's local storage to remember your preferences and the inputs you've entered into a Tool, and we may use strictly necessary cookies for security and basic operation. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies and clear local storage through your browser settings; doing so may reset your saved preferences and Tool inputs.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of third parties to run the site:

• Hosting and infrastructure. Our hosting provider processes the technical request data described above on our behalf to deliver the site to you.
• Google Fonts. We load typefaces from Google Fonts. When fonts are served from Google's servers, Google may receive your IP address and request information as part of delivering those files.

These providers handle data under their own privacy terms. We are not affiliated with the publisher of Sword × Staff, and using our Tools does not connect to or share data with the game's own services.

How we use information

• To provide the Tools and calculate the results you ask for.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, security issues, or technical problems.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your information. Inputs you enter into the Tools remain on your device until you clear them. Technical request logs are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to operate and secure the site, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Because the Tools work without accounts, the most direct control you have is your own browser:

• You can clear the data a Tool has saved by clearing this site's storage and cookies in your browser.
• You can use the Tools in a private/incognito window if you'd prefer nothing be retained between sessions.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Limitless is operated as a community project and may be accessed from around the world.
